today, my yoga instructor taught us the elements of ourselves.
1. Physical Body
2. Qi
3. Mental
4. Intellect
5. Bliss
My yoga instructor says that it's because of our intellect, that's why we do not behave like animals, and thus do not need to fight back.
To reach bliss, we must learn to let go and be happy. (blah blah blah..)
Therefore, i applied the lesson during driving. One stupid Kia Piscanto (weekend cars) keep tailgating me. I was very angry, cuz i already driving at 110km/hr. I hate cars who tail gate. But my intellect told me not to tailgate him back. So I curse and swear in the car. and i'm feeling happy...
I need to work harder to reach blisss...
